Meh babes is back!! YAY I missed you Lee Jong Suk~ *muah* ππβ¨πππ And its always nice to see Mun Ka Young; whether you like her or not she's a well-regarded young actress and holds her own against any top-tier counterpart in the industry. I give her props for that.π
Just watched EP1 and found it very repetitive and boring, is the rest of the drama in the same style?
Repetitive? How so? If you mean her 'repeated' attempts to marry the 2ndML right off the bat that ends in hilarious failure each time... well, that's actually the point of the predicament that she is in. She is trapped in the tropey/cliched writing pattern we see oftentimes see in many novels and dramas today, and it is so strong here that the plot/script is refusing to let her change it to marry anyone other than the 1stML. Does it stay 'repetitive'? Hmmm, I'd say no. Obviously when she realizes direct opposition doesn't work, she tries other ways and slowly the plot starts to shift bit by bit.
To me, you gotta go past the first episode to get a real feel of any drama you're watching (3 eps is usually my benchmark to get that 'vibe' or not), but sometimes the first ep is enough to know if this is your jam or nah. But give it a try and see. I have some complaints tbh, lolβ but I think it's pretty ok so far and doesn't take itself too seriously. Great to pass time β¨

It's finally June... so I got my fingers, eyes and toes crossed we'll be lucky.
