The first 20 episodes were good, but after that it went downhill

I had to stop watching the series after episode 7, I just couldn't warm up to the characters at all, and the story didn't grab me either. I was really looking forward to this drama, but unfortunately I didn't feel any chemistry, so I can't recommend it to anyone…

I thought Bad Guy My Boss was bad, but this series surpassed it by far. I don't know how to describe it, but the whole plot was terrible. Toh's character is really stupid and beyond help, putting up with all of this and yet returning to him in the end and even forgiving him. I mean, how stupid can you be? Overall, I didn't like the whole series. I really hope the next series will be better and also have more depth…

I was really hoping that the first couple in the story would get better, but it just got more and more boring and really lost steam... I hope the other couples deliver better... Unfortunately, I can't say anything positive so far…. 😔

Unfortunately, the series didn't really blow me away like it should have. The manga was a thousand times better. They especially left out the, well, spicy scenes, which I find a bit of a shame because they make a big difference. And the actor playing Chiaki doesn't look right for the role at all; I find his reactions and behavior very unpleasant, very cringeworthy. The actor playing Ai/Enaga looks great and performs well, but I would have liked to see more obsession from him. It was also noticeable that he struggled with this genre; I felt there was zero chemistry between them. Instead, the awkwardness was more noticeable, and it was very cringeworthy. And yes, I think it's a shame the series had to end like that; it had so much more potential that was unfortunately wasted.

Ice is really getting on my nerves. I've really tried to understand him, but his emotionless facial expressions, his inability to express himself properly, his inability to break up with his boyfriend even though he knows the truth, and just the way he generally behaves, is driving me crazy. I also think the story is pretty bad and, frankly, boring. I just feel sorry to Ja, he has to be in a show like this. He was a much better fit with First and they had much better chemistry... I'm dropping the show after episode 5.
