Their relationship at the end of the novel is kinda ambiguous tho, I don't think they end up in that way. They seem to be in a platonic relationship, more like depending and protecting each other, although Xiao Wu seems to have devoted himself to Mo Xi regardless whatever Mo Xi think of him as in her life.
I really hope they make a change in the drama, I want both the FL have their own happy ending 🤧
The way they end this drama was too rushly, so many plot holes and unsolving problem. I guess they're gonna have…
1. I don't believe the will is empty, there must be a secret to read it just like how's Jin Yan's letter to her sister. If it's really empty, why did the dowager empress looked so scare when she thought the will got robbed. 2. Why did Prince Yu give the throne just like that? And why did Prince Jin receive it so easily, when he himself told Jin Yan that he actually doesn't really care about the throne. 3. And what about the dowager empress, after what she did, did she just go away like that? What about Jin Yan's family? 4. And moreover, what about the mysterious death of late princess consort, the piece of rip will that Jin Yan found with the words which implicate that her life was threathened?? 5. Oh, and what about Jin Yan's dream of her own wedding that still not happening yet, in her dream they are married wearing imperial suit, and I believe it's going to occur in the palace too (because there are palace maids beside her), but now they are going around places and leave by their own. So does it mean that later they're gonna back to the palace?

They were living outside the palace because Jinyan wants going around places, and Prince Yu wants to accompany her. But in Jinyan's dream, they are getting married wearing imperial suit, and there are palace maids beside her. So I guess they're gonna back to the palace later, but still unclear if he's gonna back just as a prince or get his position back as the king. Since I think Prince Jin doesn't really want to be a king, and there are still few months left before the new king takes over the throne, and that time Prince Yu and Jinyan must've back to the palace. I knew it! When I saw the short teaser at the end of the last episode, I knew that Pope will play as Por Rit, from the gesture of his walking. In this season, I think Por Rit is the one who will travel to future.
I think this stalker has connection with the stalker who killed Seo Yeon, because when JH saw the pictures, he remembered that room with full of the pictures of him and his GF which also has the same pattern of stabbed on him in the pic. My guess is ; that person who has been stalking Seo Yeon, got obssesed with her, and kill her has a partner (either his friend or brother). And I think that what makes Ha Jin got her trauma is not just because of her best friend has died, but because she saw that incident too herself, she probably wanted to stop that but got stopped by that stalker's partner, I remember on the day of Seo Yeon's funeral, Ha Jin came in limping, right? That's why the stalker's partner is following her too right now, probably wants to make sure too that Ha Jin never remember that incident again, but gradually got obssesed with her instead.
Is this happy ending? I'm not really ship Bella with anyone since she always has great chemistry with the male lead in every drama, and she also has a BF already, so.... I just support her only in her dramas no matter whom she'll be paired with ☺
To me the best version is still the japanese original version (Itazura na kiss), and then the taiwanese version (ISWAK), number 3 is the thai version, and last is this version.
