As much as I want Yang Yang and Reba to do one hella of a romance drama , I wish miss Reba would play some different roles . Also this novel does not have that much of body to make it into a 35-36 episodes drama . A lot of chapters are just game commentary or like weibo posts unless , the epilogue will also be included .
Though I wish Ashina would be a rugged guy with them muscles (which is why i preferred QCQ over some currently popular actors ) , I will be optimistic about we lei , It will come down to the styling and makeup in the end ... 100 heads 100 opinions , can not win them all ...

Douban score is not reliable nowadays , Most of these scoring of the dramas these days are based on who are their idols and who they hate... it is a pity but , it is what it is .

It is actually better to show this part for viewers to not get confused , like imagine she is shown mourning at the beginning , wants to revive a dead person , goes through so many hardships to get the fruit , his only name gets mentioned and not who he was until later on.. when i first started reading the books I actually thought he would be donghua when he was in mortal realm and died ... better to show this story at the beginning i guess.
