yeah watching, but also completing and putting on hold
I completed a drama or 2 since last time we talked ^^: King2Hearts: It was okay, but didn't like it that much :x though, I've been in a slump since I completed it :x go figure why -_- I also completed a JDrama: Orthros no inu. It was awesome! I highly recommend it ^^
I've started watching IRIS2 last week. And I've put on hold 7th Grade Civil Servant :x annoys the hell outta me. And yeah, I know that I said ep.6 was hilarious,but ep.7 & 8 were just meh. and I also partly blame the slump for that, though.
I started My Girlfriend is a Gumiho, but I put it on hold after 2 ep :x I guess I'm not in the mood for rom-com lately :x
I'm also watching the drama version of Jikogu Shoujo
and that's about it xD

5. most of the time, performance capabilities. and when I don't know the cast, I watch it either because someone recommended me the drama or because the story looks interesting
6. not really. If I don't like the acting/story, I drop it or give it a bad rating no matter who's in it.
7. I watch mostly rom-com, but I like other types of dramas as well. Though historical dramas and makjangs aren't my cup of tea.
8. sometimes over-used clichés/stereotypes make me head-desk and sometimes not. Depends on how it is handled in the story.
