Unfortunately, the trio won't come back for season 2 or maybe they will, but not as friends obviously.
they won't since the story will likely follow the webtoon's events for the upcoming season.

it's confirmed to be January 2025. When s1 came out the poster only released about a month before it was released/ a little later. I have hope...

I don't think there's no need to do that. The first season is quite different from the webtoon/webcomic.
yupp because now he's gonna be at eunjang so the story will pick up where the webtoon starts most likely.
