When did GNT realise CX was his tenant? I had no idea that he already knew...and he said "I only just realised"
Actually, when he tried to look for her address in the papers, he didn't find it (she had not provided her address because she expected to move into her own house quickly).

MyCoffeeMyDrama above is right: it's when her address was exposed online. Basically minutes before he goes to help CX with the cut off electricity.

Maybe the trailers for 23/24 are misleading. I get a feeling that after seeing how happy GNT is with CX (end of ep 22), the best friend would try to provoke GNT into declaring his feelings. He's been trying to get his friend to move on for a while, why would he go for the only person who seems to breathe life into GNT again? (even though he seems to genuinely have feelings for her too)
