i just watched this drama in 3/4* speeds and i think i remember fl has bf(fieance) till ep 15 then they brekup and ml confessed her maybe at 16/17 or 18th episode i dont remember this but she rejects him then there was no breakup of ml and fl because fl confessed to ml in mid of ep 24 😂😂 last episode happy ending for all 3 couples

no he wont die but i think hes in comma and in last minutes they told us that they had build medicine for that which is in trial phase so i think hell not die
i used my device video toolbox live ai subtitle feature to watch this drama with English subs although they are not 100% correct but with those i can easily understand what's going on but problem is that i always watch subbed cn dramas in 2* speed here i have to use 1* /1.25 speeds if I'll use more then it'll skip so many subs 😂😂😂

no it was fl herself she was using her sister identify because of her mental mother ( her mother became little mental after her twin sister died due to heart attack)
