he is the epitome of villain sml
compared to shen yu rong, chu zhao is probably on beginner level

I agree with you. I found him to be quite okay and not too scheming. There are many worse than him tbh

my objective review after first 4 episodes:

some plot holes:
- how xiao jue cant recognize his colleague posture or voice
- how the fl survived after serious injury and even recover her voice

but, ignoring those plot holes, I actually enjoy this. the fighting scenes were great and zhou ye did well with her martial arts
story wise it is enjoyable, i didnt feel bored at all

like what the hell is happening at the ending? totally confused with what the writer was thinking lol
