I think they have the choice to leave at any time? I’m curious if it’s all due to the reshoot and maybe their budget got cut because even the dates and outings are not like the seasons before. I’m still trying to watch but like on ep 5 and they are talking about how bored they are! It all feels off. 😟

I have watched all previous seasons and have enjoyed them. I enjoyed the opportunities for these men to find love but also community. This season feels like some weird social experiment that is malicious. The addition of “elimination” if you aren’t liked enough creates a disingenuous environment. It does not invite the opportunity to build true connections.

I’m so surprised that people didn’t like this series. I watched it all in one go! it was wholesome even for a revenge/enemies to lovers story. definitely watch past episode 1 and give it a go.

I really liked the first season. I was a little let down with the second season because it didn’t feel new really? like it was the same uncommunicative narrative pushing them along but with jealousy added in. it was funny for sure and the acting is good on all parts (minus their intimate moments). I think as a queer person when the actors don’t deliver genuineness with things as simple as a kiss it just feels borderline homophobic. I’d rather you just hug it out and cut to the after than awkwardly close mouth touch each other’s face together. but that’s my opinion. overall it was a good watch and reminded me of the comedic charm of series like Ossan’s Love.

Ballchon was fantastic as Chakri in Next Prince! I kept finding myself looking for him in the episodes. really loved this character!

I wish I could watch this second season! hoping GagaOOLala or WeTv will pick up or even Netflix will bring the second season. the first one was great!
