K-Drama masterpiece
This is such a beautifully written story. There are no dull stretches or episodes that feel like they were added just to fill time; every part feels like it belongs and helps the story move forward. I loved the way it shows empowerment through characters who have to make difficult choices, stand up for themselves, and grow through what they experience. The different storylines are compelling, and the characters all have such satisfying arcs that I found myself caring about what happened to them. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about the show. It feels like they took some of the very best things about Yanxi Palace and The Story of Minglan, the clever plotting, strong characters, and satisfying personal journeys, and used them as inspiration to create something fresh and wonderful of its own. I was completely drawn into the world, and by the end, I just wanted to stay there longer.
