At first I was noticing inconsistencies and focused a lot on the toxic parts, but I decided to give it another go and somehow the more I watched, the more I loved it. It’s enjoyable, just gotta not think too much about things. It has a lot of flaws, but somehow, they know just how to make it work. I guess this is just their style, and now I somehow love it. It’s really addicting.
I have mixed feelings. I actually like most of this show and its chaos. The chemistry and ridiculous plot points…
Totally agree. Whoever tries to justify rape or even just doesn’t bat an eye on it is sick and I want nothing to do with them. For me, it was a total dealbreaker and made me lose all faith and interest.
It’s very slow-burn, and I don’t mean the romance, but the plot. Not much happens, but it gets dragged on…
Gosh, just unbelievable. I decided to give it one more chance and now at ep 9/18 would have been the perfect moment to tell him the truth, after all this dragging it finally seemed to round up nicely and being perfect to reveal everything but what? Of course they had to throw in yet another excuse last moment as to why they can’t. The whole series is hanging on this one string of made up excuse. Bad writing is what I call this. No thoughtful structure and engaging plot points. Therefore they have to resort to this kind of tactic each time, for like a million times instead of just making the plot more saturated. At this point even the excuse of it being not being a new drama doesn’t justify it anymore because no other drama, no matter the release date, even much older than this one, has bored me so much and been so lacking in plot yet. They should just have admitted that they did not have enough plot to fill this many episodes.
It’s very slow-burn, and I don’t mean the romance, but the plot. Not much happens, but it gets dragged on forever. It doesn’t feel like much thought was put into the storyline either. If nothing new happens soon, I might be too bored to keep watching. But I guess that’s the way it is with older dramas in general. I’m probably too used to watching newer ones.
Actually, it now seems that we might have a chance of having him as the male lead🤠I low-key hope we’ll get…
I wrote this during watching the beginning of ep 1 and back then he seemed like a villain, and the drama description wasn’t clear about him being the ml either, it talks about Yun Gap and how Yeo ri wants to save him
Tbh I was really excited at first and the pacing was good but it’s becoming more and more dragged, like… the mc‘s are SUCH an interesting concept and could do so much and go trough so many adventures, like dragon and shaman, not something you see everyday, give me more of them, but instead they’re just there, at one place, fighting a battle that could’ve been resolved within a few episodes, with the same person too…for half the show, and still no end in sight. I’m starting to get bored, please tell me they won’t drag out that same storyline any longer or it feels like the story‘s potential is just lost, it’s literally got no tension anymore I’m just waiting for it to be finally wrapped up so that they can move on and do something actually interesting. It really just feels like they’ve strived off where the plot was supposed to go and are…just suck. Did they have no other plot ideas for new storylines? Really just feels like lost potential.
Actually, it now seems that we might have a chance of having him as the male lead🤠I low-key hope we’ll get romance like in judge from hell/ my demon but with dragon
OMG I CANT BELIEVE WERE GETTING A SEASON 2 I LOVE THIS DRAMA SO MUCH (although I am wondering what’s it even gonna be about because to me it seemed that the plot was rounded up pretty well in s1)
