I expected it to get better, that’s why I kept watching. With how much everyone is praising the show I thought I just needed to keep watching until it got better. it never did. I’m not sure I would call it being a dumbass— more like being gullible

I absolutely agree. My review got a lot of hate in the comments/discussion section, but I stand by it. I do not understand how people love this show. The acting is terrible, I honestly don’t see any chemistry between the actors, and as you pointed out, the lead guy has no concept of consent.

I’m not hateful, and I’m not delusional. Just because I view this show differently than you doesn’t mean my review should be deleted.
I just di not think that this show is anywhere close to other masterpieces in the genre. Like History 3: Make Our Days Count. I think that show was a masterpiece and epicly beautiful. There are plenty of people who disagree with me— which is fine. I don’t know why someone would dislike it but they are allowed to have their opinions.

That’s me. And my review isn’t because I dislike snakes smh. I actually have several reptiles and amphibians as pets myself. Which is why I’m saying it’s ridiculous that he’s pretending to date a girl and is letting his father control his life by taking the snakes hostage.
That is only one small example of why I dislike the show. I did not take the time to list all of the other reasons.

I really wonder if I’m watching the same show as everyone else… Because this show is horrible. The acting is so fake, the chemistry is non existent, the plot is so stupid and honestly makes no sense. Everything that happened in episode 1 about the snakes was so rushed and poorly explained.

GL couple was the only good pair, like you mentioned.
