That is exactly what I think too. I am almost certain the fact that it made that noise and it stayed in her world /universe means it became reality. Plus her reaction is a pretty good sign that is probably him, because it only ever did that if it involved him.

While this true, I also think that they both accepted each others feelings in episode 31. They never said it out loud until later, but every interaction between says they are truly together at that point.
