this show is so good im so invested in the story

maybe i missed something but i don't think aoki ever claimed he doesn't like men? he just told the teacher that he only likes ida and nobody else because the teacher assumed he'd sleep with every man for money after he saw him on that bridge with ida from my understanding. but still you're right they need to stop with that narrative it's weird

just saw different videos clips on twitter.. the ending was so emotional 😭 ida was near tears/actually tearing up a little while confessing his love for aoki

the other people already explained it down below but that bit definitely got lost in translation. aoki said "i don't like just anyone. i only like ida" he never tried to deny him being gay with that. rather i think it was another dig at the prostitution comment from the teacher and aoki felt like he needed to let the guy know that him liking ida doesn't automatically mean he'll like just any guy or get with any guy (with or without money). he only likes ida.
