i don't remember when exactly, but the feeling for each other will start to be known to them in ep 14/15.
-no they didn't break up, in one ep he lost his memory but they got together fast (she didn't leave him).
-love triangle, i won't call it love, but before she loses her memory the other country prince was going to marry her, but ( i don't want to spoil a lot) is not really "love" when they meet again, so i would say no love triangle.
-the only annoying thing is the ML sister the princess she chose someone want to kill her brother even in front of her.
-and a lot of characters will die closing to the end but yes is Happy Ending 😁
i am new to cdrama but this was one of few I completed, and it was great one.but😂, wow new title for this drama : "who is more miserable? who get betrayed more?". but ML sister the princess OH my god i hate her, from ep 1 to ep 38 SO ANNOYING. she was worse than any villain in the drama.
So f**ing HOT FL & ML , 10 first episode cute/beautiful/fun/..., 10 middle episodes : MEH , 10 last episodes ... ( just know it took me 30 min to watch them all) ,
i don't really like medical drama they go operation mode a lot, but i like this one , not focus on medical side a lot but more of people on that side. i really like it ,but why 8 not 10 is not like i pay for the rating 😁, ( i use the rating to rewatch dramas so is very important to me is like how much i want to rewatch it)so 8? in the 4 last episode it starts to get boring, i don't know why , but that how i feel maybe romance+comedy+medical start to fight each other little time to this little time to that.
was it just me or the ML hardly looks at FL always looking straight forward (like he blind) example end of ep 20: she looking at him lovely but he is just "nope, looking ahead" (i did jump some ep to see if he changes, he looks so robotic or super shy , can't look at her 😂) .
even if you call it polygamy,(he have more), Even if he didn't sleep with her, even & even.... she was his "wife" , so she was cheating,and that disgusting to me. dropped ( 0.5 ⭐) also that a desert no ? they all looks too perfect and clean for people travelling and suffering in a desert.
The first 10 ep is fast af it feel more like a movie that you need to pick up every lit detail. I'm not even sure…

i am sorry to be saying this ( no hate) i can't keep watching a drama that don't have a little common sense, so i drop it after ep12. os she strong or weak ( writer please decide) if you want a FL to be saved/protected by ML or A badass FL you can't have both, with the advance medical we have a sword/knife going through your body will NOT fully heal in one month, but to heal and move and train like nothing happened.... in an ep drama want us to picture ML as a badass no one can miss with ( that guy telling his son even if he kill us the emperor will do nothing), like writer please stuck with one theme ,what happened in ep 1 ? you want a badass ML or ( oh i feel sorry for ML ) you can't keep having everything in one character, i don't want to go to details like why i stopped watching but just one simple example: she got poisoned and can't see, in the temple with a guide stick she was about to fall in water ( got saved), next she running away ( without a guide stick) passing on a kind of bridge (:i don't know what it called in English, that over water road ) and it turns right, without a guide stick she just passed that without falling in water then go on and fight get slash and a sword through the body then fall from a cliff, saved!!? but never wake up in one month ≈ 30 days without food, let forgot a sword going through your body was healed in one month, but the blood lost and no food for one month ( i mean eating properly) will need another month or so for you to stand, but no the writer goes straight to training....
5 eps is enough for me to know this shit, annoying FL SO ANNOYING, so i know she will be in love with SML for around 20/30 eps. (this 36 eps so maybe 20eps) and those are not prank, burning the letter with care of it important, missed his exam (life) she didn't want him to take it in the first place (giving wrong direction),so close to kill an instructor . everything she did can miss a person life so for me i didn't find her funny at all just annoying. can't make myself watch this anymore, Even if it get better ( the start always show me how good the writing/writer)

ML : (after a little fight with FL ) don't meet my brother FL : ok FL also : meet him get drank with him, meet him again and again, ( wondering why ML is ignoring her) then process to go WITH the brother to apologize to ML ..... YOO writer did you loss so much brain cells in the last 4~6 ep why miss up a perfect drama

was good watch , until late episodes , they always need to pull some shit to ruin everything you saw.
