They put the eps together, but cut out the intro & credits of each ep. Thankfully, Tencent has a habit of doing this (putting them all together like that). I know I appreciate not having to do the extra work of skipping the intro & credits. And it's pretty awesome Viki has both versions.

I've never seen Hospital Playlist (not yet, but I'm looking forward to watching it after this drama), but it makes sense what you said, how there's bound to be awkwardness when they're just starting out together.
For a while now, it's been advertised on the Netflix drama page for AiB, that Season 3 is coming. Also, it was listed in the trailer for what's coming to Netflix in 2025.
