These last two episodes were so good! I wonder where they will be taking the story, as they are making some interesting…
I'm also glad they are taking their time with the high school storyline, I thought they might make the time skip happen this week, as they seemed to be accelerating the story to fit 16 episodes, but they are actually making a very interesting adaptation
These last two episodes were so good! I wonder where they will be taking the story, as they are making some interesting changes to the original. I watched Go Ahead and really liked it, but I'm very curious to see where this version will go. And I would love to see more childhood flashbacks because those kids were so cute together!
I'm so curious to watch the Korean version! The cast is amazing! I'm wondering how they are going to adapt the story, as we'll have fewer episodes here. Nevertheless, this story is so heartwarming, I'll definitely be watching
WHAT THE HECK IS GOING TO HAPPEN IN NEXT EP?!? I just watched today's episode and previev for tomorrow's one and…
I think we might get a point-of-view moment from the killer next episode, that's why we would see her writing Mi Jin's name, like at the beginning of the series, but seeing the killer's face and reaction more properly
I would understand if Mi Jin didn't want to tell the ML her identity because of how awkward he could feel, and because of all the lies it involved, but I don't think he would ever consider getting her arrested for it, as she and her friend discussed. So, if she is using this as an excuse not to tell him, because she is scared of getting rejected, okay, then it's understandable, but if she truly believes he would prosecute her, that's too much. He has already proven that he is trustworthy and trusts her, even though he knows very little about her.
LOVED THE KILLER THEY CHOSE! When I started watching this show, I thought they would give that actress a bigger role, because she has worked on a lot of projects and is really good. This is going to be fun to watch!
Also, in the very beginning when they were introducing the interns, her introduction said something about not asking about the past. Plus, she was also flirting with the doctor, which makes sense, if she truly killed his wife, she could have been having fun "playing with him". And when she got angry in the bathroom and threw water on that person, it was funny, but it also showed she had a temper.
If Mi Jin's aunt is really dead, because the killer killed her, then there would be no reason for the killer to be suspicious of her presence, since she would be sure that Mi Jin's aunt is already dead.
Questions: why did she decide to kill again after so many years? Who is the woman she killed in the early episodes? Why did she kill that senior intern, is it because he was interested in her in the beginning?
Also, a few theories that might be too crazy, but here we go:
1) what if the female intern (the older woman) is actually the prosecutor’s mother? His mother used to love dressing up and putting on makeup, and so does this intern… it could also explain why she doesn’t talk about her past and could indicate that she is the senior intern lying about their identity. How would she be alive though? I’m not sure;
2) They are always saying that Mi Jin looks like her aunt. What if she is actually her aunt’s daughter, and her aunt had an affair with the killer? This one might be a bit too crazy as there isn’t enough time to fully develop this idea on the show;
3) What if her aunt identified the killer by looking at the bank book the doctor gave her? By checking the transactions she could have seen something suspicious.
I think maybe the real state agent is the killer.. or maybe the intern that used to be a detective; either way, I’m glad it wasn’t the doctor, it would have been too obvious, as they were trying to show him as the main antagonist
I'm not talking about ships here, but I think the actors Jung Eun (Im Sun) and Seo Hoo (Go Won) work really well together, they were able to create a hilarious dynamic.
completed ep 9 and I am hella confused. in ep 2 they showed a woman running and being attacked by a killer. but…
I'm thinking about that too. Because in the beginning, they led us to believe that they had found traces of this woman's murder. But then, as a twist, we discover that a man was killed, and in fact, that man was that intern. So, I'm wondering whether another murder took place, but the police are not aware of it yet, or if that scene is going to be a flashback and connect with the disappearances from 20 years ago
I liked the way they made sure not to turn the male lead into a stalker when he decided he could not check her location through the spy app, because, as he said, that's not the reason he installed it, he just wanted to make sure she could be found if there was any trouble related to the killer.
Hmmm... this love triangle thing is not my favorite bit, but it only intensified this week, so maybe it will get better in the next episodes. Also, the preview for next week looks interesting and very promising, feels like we might get some answers regarding the Doctor/Intern connection with Mi Jin's aunt. Also, a worried male lead is never a bad thing to watch haha
Any thoughts on when the male lead will learn that Mi Jin is also Im Sun? I wonder if they will wait until the last episodes, because of the drama's opening (cartoon opening titles) when he rescues her, and she turns into her older self?
The plot thickens. I'm not sure how the Doctor/Intern is going to be connected to the murders/drugs, but I knew he had recognized Im Sun (I mean, he probably knew Mi Jin aunt, maybe because he is the killer, or because he also was interested in her disappearance?)
