Some stuff and old DSP group's member claimed that Hyunjoo was a burden and didn't work hard enough and even stated dates when it happend that she slacked off. The dates were the same dates as the hospital files. So basically the claims were not true that she just "slacked off". DSP also tried to claim the brother is not Hyunjoo's brother and then followed and filed the lawsuit basically proving themselves they lied about their own claims. If you have seen Hyunjoo later on after the issues on survival program The Unit you would notice that she is defiinitely someone was pressured in the past bcs even a slight aggression towards her by one of the contestants triggered her. I fully support Hyunjoo bcs I doubt someone would come up with all this and DSP was never a good agency to begin with + they are being shady about it. But research about it and form your own opinion tho.

Actually it was her brother who said it, not Hyunjoo. He has no reason to be jealous of some group's career. Hyunjoo's medical files had the same dates as the dates DSP claimed as days she was being problematic for the group by slacking off etc. (Even some A-jax member claimed it but the medical files proved them wrong.) The medical files obviously define selfharming behaviour. Apparently, Hyunjoo's friend also came forward to explain that it was going on even pre debut and that Hyunjoo begged the agency to not debut her with them. And yep, since it was debut era, it only includes the members during debut. That means not the two girls who came later and it also includes Somin who went to KARD. (I am not sure where it was stated but even the training period seemed to be abusive towards her bcs she was forced to act all cute and baby-like to the extent she could not sing in a mature way anymore.) There are even claims that one of the members dated manager. The case is much bigger than it seems tbh. DSP previously even claimed that the brother is not her real brother. By filing a lawsuit againist her family they basically admitted they lied about that so there is definitely a lot of fishy fishy stuff going on for it to be coincidence. Btw. when they kicked Hyunjoo out during the time she was in hospital they didnt let go off her contract, that is why she can't go and just publically declare anything. She is still under the agency as of now. If you want details, just try and go googling, I don't really remember the sources and I really don't feel like looking over them again. Some of it might not be entirely true but I trust Hyunjoo's brother account.
