She should be more consistent and act in more romcoms. People mainly know her for 100 Days My Prince and Suspicious Partner (romcoms). She literally has everything, natural beauty, talent. It's just this that's holding her back. Maybe it's got to do with her management or her own personal choices but it's the only reason why she's not a top actress (and the styling)
