I watched it twice. It's rare that I watch a drama fully, even for the ones that I like, let alone watch it twice. It's a legendary drama, 10/10. For those saying Shin Hyesun carried this drama alone, it's completely false. Every single actor was exceptional.
I tried to finish ep 1. I couldn't. The a few days ago I watched the end of ep 1 and I tried to watch ep 2 because of NJH but I think I've watched like a quarter of it. It's not entertaining to capture my attention and the plot seems generic. Also I can't see Nam Jihyun with someone like Moon Sangmin or Hong Mingyu, they don't suit each other. Though Nam Jihyun looks fantastic.
I watched 11 episodes. I liked the first 3 episodes. The rest was bad. But I kept going because of how good the first 3 episodes were and Rowoon. Until I reached my limit.

No I agree with you. Most main leads are written better than the second male leads and usually they have better chemistry too. And I hate when they try to make the second lead appear pitiful like in Her Private Life.

I knew people were gonna mention Dear Hyeri lol. I did prefer Kang Juyeon but I'm biased because Kang Hoon is my favorite actor since even before the drama. However I didnt get the second male lead syndrome because I wasn't that attached to his character nor did I root for him to be with Hyeri, I just didn't find the drama very interesting and stopped in the middle.
