I totally agree, endangered species really sums it up. Subtitles for Thai dramas are so hard to find. Popular ones with popular actors/actresses usually get subbed on big platforms, which is great, but there are so many underrated gems that I wish had subtitles too.

Honestly, coming back to Thai dramas now, it feels like there's way less interaction and discussion around them. I genuinely miss the Facebook days when all fansubbers kept the community alive.

What really annoys me and this might be a bit off-topic is how bad the subtitles are on some official platforms (cough cough one31). Like, if you're going to kill off fansubs, at least make your translations decent lol

I remember the original Mai and Weir. Not really a fan of the remake leads, but I might give it a try.

By the way, to anyone reading this: are there really only TWO subbing sites for Thai dramas? The ones that upload Netflix/VIU content don't count. I stopped watching about two years ago because English subs died, and now it seems like there's even less. I’m wondering if copyright holders are making it difficult for subbers, or if Thai dramas aren’t as popular anymore after the hype around Love Destiny faded?

Omg! I thought the yarn was graphic and disturbing but this pushes it even further. Definitely didn’t expect something like this from a Thai drama, to be honest. I’ve gotta give credit to Monomax for pushing boundaries like this.

Yeah the dramas have subtitles. The dramas from GMMTV take you to the YouTube they don't sub those. You wouldn't be paying for the dramas that can be found on Netflix and Viu unless you don't want pay for the VPN because other sites like kissasian have them. Their "exclusives" for lack of a better word that aren't found on other sites, they do the subtitles to those. I subscribed specifically for my dear secretary then watched the yarn. I like how everything is all in one place and no ads, and it saves me the cost of VPN. I actually plan to watch this one and Reclaim

Omg! That ending completely messed up my brain-I did not see that coming, did you? I agree the whole series was so well-paced too, literally no dull moments, just constant intensity. Super dark, yet intriguing.

Bua delivered two really good series back to back. I can't wait to see her next work. Bias aide ML's character was good in here too. The little moments they had were cute.

I like the scene where she was hitting her head against the wall, and he placed his hand between them-he definitely likes her. Everyone sees it.

The story itself is quite different almost dystopian in a way. They almost had me believing who the killer is. I even think I know who FL's "Dad" is and where it's going. But the killer's story is tragic, humanizes him/her after we witnessed how gruesome the killings are

Good analysis. My thoughts were she went after Phailin because she sent her son away. I thought Phailin wasn't meant to survive but because she went insane and couldn't point fingers at her, Im spared her and plus everyone was already on edge.
Yeah, the leading them to the boat should've given her away plus the seemingly harmless instigations. And I thought it couldn't be Phum because she seemed too loyal to Duean. And Phrim is well...not very smart lol.
And good point, maybe the son's death wasn't an accident after all. Slow burner but it's getting good
