The fact you need a spoiler to understand shows it was badly written dude. Wdym you dont agree. Thats not how you write literature. 'Mouse' is the best example I can give they did it so well. If anything it's more obvious that he just doesnt react

YH He only learned the kiss from the human show he was watching in episode 1. He didnt know what a kiss was before watching it. Kissing isnt a human thing either. And for the car point that does make sense yh. I don't know why they gave him such a toddler like personality, its not fitting for someone who was alive 100 years ago.
