They tried to be mysterious with the plot but it just came off like bad writing and character making. 'Mouse' the kdrama did it so well.

YH He only learned the kiss from the human show he was watching in episode 1. He didnt know what a kiss was before watching it. Kissing isnt a human thing either. And for the car point that does make sense yh. I don't know why they gave him such a toddler like personality, its not fitting for someone who was alive 100 years ago.
