GMMTV seems focus on getting new talent other than using what they already have. So many loose pairings and talent just not getting jobs. Then there is the sticking the new actors with popular, talented and successful stars. Having bigger and more experienced people work with newbies and be dragged down for it. Rookies are going by money, fame and nepotism, letting them jump straight to main character.

I can't just work along side Bright😂 and the fact they allow that to happen is weird. It sounds strange but its the truth. They aren't going by it that's why we have all this bad talent. Notice how successful gmmtv shows usually have experienced actors as support/main.
GMMTV also needs to stop clearly just handing out roles to couples without thought. Its like they look for who ever isn't busy and just hand what ever script without thinking about the actual requirements for the role. Like if their face fits the character.
