The complaints are valid in regards to promotions that don't need William or Est's involvement. William barely has time for the first episode fanmeet. He barely had time to film the series. The filming was being fit in whenever LYKN wasn't touring. You say that they could have planned everything properly, but what does "properly" really mean? This tour wasn't sudden. There is a choice here: hold of on the series until the tour is over and then ep 0 and the lives to promote the series could have happened. Or get one of the most anticipated series filmed and to the fans sooner, but maybe not be able to have WilliamEst do as much promotional work because of the tour. I don't think GMMTV would have been able to win either way. Fans are attacking the company now because the promotions aren't right. But if they had waited for a better/later time then fans would attack them for the series being one of the later ones to be produced. There is no winning here.

It wasn't really at the last minute. GMMTV always announces shows 2 weeks before they air.

Yeah, people are complaining on instagram about the lack of promotion (no episode 0, no lives, etc.) and the lack of couple events for them and I feel like they don't realize just how busy William is these days with LYKN's world tour. He has no time for promotions or couple events. I feel as though he barely has time to breathe these days.

Yes, the pilots are filmed separately. The distinction between a pilot and a trailer is important. Pilots are filmed/released before production begins and are used to gauge public interest and to pull in sponsors. After filming is complete (or sometimes when it is nearly complete) the trailer is released, which uses actual footage from the series and usually announces the release date.

I think because Barcode and Kin are in both series. CPs usually don't have 2 series airing at the same time (even when they are a side couple).
