Unlike iqiyi web drama this drama is broadcast on national television in every part of China so their censorship is way harsher than normal IQIYI and Tencent web dramas. Honestly, for me, I'm glad they censor those surgery and organs bc I have a weak heart and get the ick every time I'm watching medical dramas.
