I just say that because you are to highlighting that he is the only man that cared for her like it does anything by narrowing down to men because she do have a few friends who cared for her and then saying “no one worried about her” and then go on to say “and except her friend” i think its funny, im just joking that you have a love brain by watching too many romantic drama haha nothing serious

For how long she have worked as the most successful lawyer in the law firm earning percents from all her cases do you think she couldn’t afford to stay in another place ? also she does have her friends and family (although they are shitty) what we see from the preview might be little but I do hope they find a good reason to justify that Im saying again I do not have the problem with successful woman falling for younger man and I fully understand the concept its just not working with this drama bc there are some aspect that people are annoyed with but I do get why people like it obviously its HIY first time being Ml and some people just love the romance with their own reason like you. Also things being a trend doesn’t mean people are going to like it especially with this type of drama which was supposedly mainly focusing on the crime & mystery first, not a full on romantic drama or a rom-com which is obviously why many people who don’t prefer the romance line think its not needed for the drama to be great. Also I don’t know about those people you’re talking about but I would’ve said the same if it was the other way around, honestly I would be way more uncomfortable I actually prefer noona romance drama alot & came here for that in the first place but I ended up not liking it as I thought I would be. And honestly people have different perceptions on things I just want to speak on what I think about the love lines and why I think those people who don’t like it might have mutiple reasons why they don’t but after all we cant change anything so lets just all enjoy the drama. peace out

yeah which is why they def should push the mystery rather than pushing the romance more. I get your point but how is being the only surrounding man to care about you for a few days more unique to you than your friend and people who you know for years that cared for you ?? I guess that’s how watching too many brain dead romantic drama does to you haha

OSJ having no problem and not putting up a bigger fight when he’s over stepping her boundary is why. Im sure the problem doesn’t lie with GC the character but with how they are trying to push this romance with OSJ because how likely it is for a smart lawyer who had a past to easily trust and fall in love with a student she barely know for a few week that confessed his feeling for her on her first out of nowhere and kept following and poking in her business like a fly which doesn’t make sense. Another problem of the script for example like in this new ep when Mirin went to jail to visit her all of sudden they went into the topic of dating GC because he have a crush on her which is so out of place, like thats not what youre suppose to be worrying about right now when shes stuck in jail, and OSJ going to stay at his place next episode (where did her 70million dollar go that she cant get a new place on her own but rather chose to stay with her own student ) I know they are just trying to squeeze this in for the sake of achieving its heartwarming romace for the cold FL but I know people like me just feel repulsed by it, I don't have a much of problem with this love line I try to ignore it and im sure many else are annoyed with it too which why I think their point is fair.

I think the romance would be fine if he was just there supporting her but it annoys me that he's poking into her business, I also think the romance is a bit out of line with SooJae's character with her in the past being tricked so badly by Choi Juwan and many others, I can't fathom how she would trust and love very early on without knowing anything about him. She didn't even know gong chan was her past client, why did she never thought that it's sus that someone would be willing to trust her so much even tho the evidence says otherwise I think there is a problem with the script. Also the romance line taking over the drama more and more over the main story which is why ppl are annoyed. These are some problems I have and that's what I think why some people don't like the romance. But I'm still enjoying the drama

I love Seo Hyun Jin and noona romance but this love line is not hitting it for me, I find Gong Chan character very annoying and always meddling with her affair and saying he's worried every chance he got, every time they are together I just feel not in line with the drama and Oh Soo Jae character it feels like I'm watching a different drama.
