I would've rated it higher if it wasn't for the ending. Who is okay with their significant other not contacting them for months while they are in a foreign country??? He just accepts it so fast!
For me, this drama is absolute trash and I don't understand how it got such high reviews. I can't get past the doctor's unprofessional and manipulative behavior and I don't see how that is romantic! He is messed up himself and he shouldn't be seeing patients. He also took advantage of her and hit her on multiple occasions, treats her like shit but everyone is okay with that. She is attached to him because of her condition and he is just using her.
