As you previously said, ratings are subjective. My ratings can be quite harsh even if the drama/movie features beloved actors or if there are aspects that I like about the production.
In my opinion this drama is lame, I might leave a detailed review later on.

Well, I did not make up my mind about this series after seeing this article for sure. While we all understand that it's a fiction, and that for some reason the heros need to be from the country where the drama was made, we should still be able to recognize propaganda. This series demonizes SWANA citizens, portrays the Chinese as warmongerers when we know the tensions in the region were all caused by US intervention. And not only is North Korea not rightfully painted as a product of said interventionism with the cooperation of South Korean politicians, we are somewhat made to think that North Korea's to be upgraded to the level of South Korea? South Korea and Japans politics are directly imposed by the US, their ways of life don't benefit the working class, and they are used as military bases to constantly threaten the safety of the Chinese and North Koreans.
This doesn't mean I'm pro Chinese, and by the way, when we're pro Palestine and anti-imperialist in general, we should directly oppose their politics.
I honesly don't care for any of the actors who get chewed for this, not because I think they're responsible, but because celebrities should start understanding they don't live in a bubble and should learn a few things about the real world, they owe it to their fans.
Also .. America is the empire now, you can easily hate on it, doesn't mean you hate americans. And you can hate on the zionist colonial state (not just the government) without being accused of hating jews. In Tunisia, the Palestinian resistance coexisted with Tunisian jews for decades. We are an extremely antizionist country, and we are jewish-friendly, it can easily be done.

Thanks for your objective and level-headed comment. My criticism is honestly just based on the fact that some countries keep demonizing resitance, and their media helps them. South Korea helped bomb Yemen for defending Palestine this year, and I'm wondering when will be the next drama painting Yemenis as the terrorists, the same way the SKorean gov did.
The same way we educate ourselves on the history and the scarrs other people carry, they should learn to do it too, and hold their entertainment industry accountable when they do propaganda.
And since you were so nice in the comment, I'll say this about myself: I'm an openly atheist person living in a majority muslim country.
