Just tell yourself that the system wasn't build to be a meritocracy, and we are ALL skilled, unlike what this…
exactly productivity is a bs that was set up by capitalists, why would I subscribe to a school of thought and a system that doesn't respect me this tells me how big is the gap between producers and millenial and genz, I how they'll keep up with the times
Coming back to say that this show is basically reaffirming my thoughts on law enforcement around the world: a big waste of tax money lol. I know the plot isn't that realistic anyways, but somehow cops are acting the way you'd expect them to work irl: protect the private property of the rich, harrass the average citizens and always treat them as if they are guilty and pay no attention to the crimes of the rich.
I saw some people complain about the headhunter storyline, in the sense that it's not interesting and they're…
Just tell yourself that the system wasn't build to be a meritocracy, and we are ALL skilled, unlike what this series promote. When time passes and you settle in your new job you'll notice that this show really hurt workers, first episode was a big no no, with FL lecture on a human's value in capitalism, it was disgusting. In any case congrats on your new job.
so true. the 2ml 'trauma' here is so displaced in this drama
Right? Like I was into his character but also expecting this move because it's the new normal, and I was really hoping they wouldn't sabbotage their own story ..
I'm gonna need you to open a map and tell me why allies of the US empire have more authority on our waters than we do, and by we I mean the entire Global South. I don't know the full story, nor am I interested because I did mention that this episode is not an isolated case of an entire industry dehumanizing brown and black people. I just know that this year countries like South Korea were attacking the Yemenis for being the only country prenventing the genocide in Gaza by preventing weapong carriers from circulating in their own waters, you know what they were called? Pirates.
You can always expect bs from "trauma" stories from nowadays military forces in korea. They don't have any wars so the writers need to invent some bs scenario and their go-to is clearly the Global South. Learning all the cringy ways of western entertainment: portaying people of color as the bad guys and this case as TERRORISTS. I guess the creators forget that koreans belong to the people of color they're dehumanizing and that internalizing whitesupremacy doesn't mean they're now part of the "supreme" race. In any case, can't wait for these people to grow up. We're nearing 2025.
she did play a 100 yr old who's grooming a child. she's not so good at picking her roles (to say the least, I totally dropped her as an actress when I saw that)
This drama is EXTREMELY disrespectful to the disabled. The "pitty" part and the "leech" part were already disrespectful but they're at least representative of how society would have once viewed disablities, not worthy of 2024. There are services that should be provided for those who need it without making anyone feeling like a leech, without affecting the independence of the disabled (to a certain extent) and without leaving them for pity and other mistreatments. What's weird and extremely irritating is the FL being so whiny after years of struggle .. not trying to adapt to her situation and I hope the drama doesn't take us to the point where she only gets her value when she gets her sight back.
you are supporting a nation built on the principle of bullying and eradicating an entire group of people, and anyone can see there's nothing good about it.
Hello back zionist follower <3 There's a huge difference between bringing up the rape topic in a production and normalizing it. But since you lack common sense, you wouldn't know the difference.
