I think it's too soon for Lee Se Young to don another character of olden times, at the heels of The Red Sleeve. But this genre is fantasy romantic-comedy so I will watch this. I always enjoy LSY's acting. She was great in The Law Cafe.

it's a fantasy romantic-comedy, not a historical drama. Just hat Lee Se Young's character came from the past. How many fresh stories without tropes can the industry create when it churns out 800+ movies, TV series etc every year? There are a few. Anyways, the actors will give fresh take on their characters in those tropes, and that's when you know they are good. So give it a chance.

sadly, she was ignored by the award giving bodies. TRS got best actor, best director, production, etc... but none for her. TRS would not be what is is without her!
