i agree with you with the fact that hes horrible now but for some reason i expected him to do some good at the end of season 1.. he clearly knows jinmu is a monster and i thought he would make the right decision but he disappointed me.. thats all he let his greed and insecurities get in the way

i disagree honestly there were many times where he proved he was intelligent like he defended master lee to the royal family when jin mu was trying to paint him in a bad light.. he was very observant in general but in season 2 it seems like his greed took over
i'm honestly sad at how the CP went from being one of my favourite characters to being so shitty ... he was so smart in part 1 and now he's easily manipulated it's infuriating
the ending was so beautiful.. they all contributed in helping dongjoo survive in the fire and she ended up gifting them chances to properly show love to their loved ones.. i knew the father was going to die but the entire last episode still hurt so much

i love the writing of the way his character shifted this season.. he rlly went from being soft and boyish to being crazy and angry and mourning his wife like even the hair cut is EVERYTHING

yes you're right i've noticed people tend to be more critical on mdl but i personally really loved every scene of them together..their kiss while bathing was so soft and sweet compared to the rest of the drama :')

i completely agree i feel like this season is allowing us to see uk and naksu fall in love in a calmer (relatively) setting, with soft scenes that we couldn't see in part 1. also, this naksu feels like who she is at heart without all the horrible trauma she went through (although she did go through a lot as buyeon as well)
