Was i entertained? absolutely; Was it good? not really
It was absolutely unintentionally funny, which is what i enjoyed the most. They didn't even try to make it believable.. which is also kind of why it is a bad drama, but i enjoyed the ridiculousness.
One big problem with this drama is that there are no grey characters, the evil ones are just pure evil and the good ones are just so good that you know they definitely didn't do anything bad. it lacked dimension. Also the male lead was unfortunately a weak lead that didn't have a good character development, i felt bad, because the reason why i watched this drama in the first place was Ju Ji Hoon.
It was interesting enough to keep me watching and i was entertained, but it is a masterclass of how not to write characters.
One thing I’ve realized is that I can’t trust reviews anymore—because I usually love what others don’t like, and I don’t like what everyone else raves about. So don’t let the reviews decide for you—just watch it. I really, really enjoyed this drama. And if you love Ju Ji-hoon, you’ll definitely love this one

You’re putting words in my mouth. At no point did I say it’s okay to hit someone. I said the show was trying to show how emotional exhaustion and poor communication affect relationships, and that both characters had flaws. The drama was about growth, self-reflection, and second chances. Just because a character is flawed doesn’t mean the drama is endorsing their behavior—it’s exploring it. If you can’t see the difference between understanding context and justifying actions, then we’re not going to agree anyway

calling her a domestic abuser paints her as intentionally cruel, which was not the case, The show is was giving you context in the first episodes of what emotional neglect and exhaustion can do and thus what the show was about on how better communication and shared responsibilities can improve relationship. Not to mention that the husband was with faults too. You are completely ignoring the nuances of what the show was trying to explore, but go off, you clearly don't like it and that's your opinion.
i will probably be the minority in this, but it's completely devoid of logic garbage. The writers just make him…
However, the real Nam Shin, the drama wanted me to hate him, but I will defend that man. Everyone in this show treated him like the villain, but I couldn’t hate him.

You might not like the wife's character, but overall "familiar wife" was done better and not to mention the chemistry between main leads, compared to go back couple. That's why i suggest people watch that over this one.
Visually really cool and beautiful, the idea was nice, too, however, i did not connect to the story at all. The first half of the show i was just really confused about what am i watching, once i did understand, i could appreciate the uniqueness of the story.. but overall i don't think it was that great, it was more visually appealing than plot wise.
I wanted to love it but the acting from Nam Ji Hyun and Kim Jee Soo was not convincing and just fell short for me. I also wish the leads had better chemistry. The ending was nice tho.
