is it heavy in politics? Lots of people recommend it after the kunning palace, but KP had too many political aspects for me, so i was skipping a lot of scenes. I don't mind it if it's kind of balanced with other plots tho

This show had potential. but they turned MC into an emotional wreckage, who's every decision was made around him…
I think it actually illustrates perfectly how a person who's never felt emotions, starts to learn it and feel it. How pure it is at first and how much it affects him. So he obsessively comes back to her or makes her come with him, making him this “emotional wreckage” how you said it, just because he's afraid he will lose it again. And it's scarier than going back to being emotionless. I feel like everyone would be acting similar, if not the same, if suddenly for the first time someone who shows love and affection comes to their life and shows all the colors of the emotional rainbow.
