I've watched nothing but historical dramas from the early 2010s for the past year and I love them. As someone mentioned, I stopped watching Western television years ago because I dislike the social engineering written in to the shows. I was so excited to find Korean dramas back in 2015. They were exactly my speed. Now, with the modern dramas, I'm beginning to see a creep of Western into them (i.e. brain surgeon/tech CEO wife with a goofy unemployed husband...). Luckily, there are years and years of shows I missed to watch.

Person Wi So Young
I am watching Work Later, Drink Now Season 2 and thought to myself that it may be my all-time favorite drama. So, I went to check who wrote it and imagine my happy surprise to find that Wi So Young also wrote my existing favorite show, Another Miss Oh.

please please please be as good as season 1
I was worried about that too. Needlessly, as it turned out. The first two episodes were everything I wanted and I came away so happy after watching them!

I just finished watching the edited 19 hour version on Viki. Initially, I turned it on and off really quickly. The people in my house were walking past asking, "What year is that from?", perhaps because of the sketchy video quality, it looks very old. But then, my curiosity won out and I kept turning it back on to watch a little more. By the time I finished it, I was so happy to have seen that much of it. At the same time, I went looking everywhere for the full 170 episode version. It doesn't seem to exist, but I will hold out hope. I grew so attached to those people and their stories. I wish there was a video channel that catered to people like me who like the long-long-form dramas that are kind of cheesy but endearing.

Title Imitation Spoiler
I am still kinda confused as to why hyunji was so mad at maha. She was mad when she found out maha was dating…
I thought she was being a bit of a jerk. She let Ma Ha apologize to her for everything. She should have also apologized to Ma Ha because it was obvious that the anger was coming from her jealousy of Ma Ha. But that would have taken a lot more honesty with herself and with her friend.

I love Kim Mi Kyung and Kim Ji Suk. This drama was short and sweet and left me wanting more.

Are the ghosts scary? Which one is dominating, comedy or horror? Compared to Hotel de Luna?
When I was little, I couldn't go in a dark bathroom because I was scared of mirrors (due to the Bloody Mary legend that passed among children at the time). While this isn't scary, there is something that is making me stop and turn lights on. Which makes me laugh when I realize what I am doing. At any rate, I ADORE this drama. It's one of those few and far between ones.
