I personally think it was a one-sided love because she was kind to him by putting the bandage... i didn't think she looked like she loved him. Whereas her eyes were trained on ML while he held her in his arms as she died...
So in Ep 8... the ghosts+leads solve a crime and save a woman from death together. The young cop confesses to his crush - the shaman girl whose goal in life is to marry ML and get rich together. She refuses him coldly.
Because FL is so happy that they saved the woman, she hugs ML. ML just keeps likimg her more and more. But he also keeps getting flsshbacks from his past life. The evil spirit ghost has a flashback where ML is fighting someone and FL ends up getting killed. Evil spirit seems to have been in love with FL in the past life, so he vows to get revenge against ML because he blames ML for her death.
The ep 9 preview: Oppa cop guy and FL go out on a "platonic" date. Poor ML ends up following them with the ghosts and makig a foop out of himself. He gets up the coursge to propose to her with a ring but (i think) he walks in on the cop guy confessing to her.
