So I replayed to someone and idk if you guys would see mu comment and I wanted to know if others pll had notice…
Yes! I noticed it too and am so fascinated by it, Uea is actually granted all the power in this dynamic, no matter King's position in their activities, Uea calls the shots, be puts boundaries and gives permission and King respects all of it. Even in their relationship outside of sex, you can see King always gives in, he might be pushy and cocky, but he isn't controlling whatsoever. And since Uea has had time to feel this empowerment he has, after the visit of his family home and having all these bad memories of him being assaulted, unheard and powerless resurface, he looks for King, because he KNOWS he can control that situation fully, it's sexual, but safe. He goes there to feel empowered and comforted, because that's how sexual relations should be. I love it sm honestly
The last two episodes did feel a bit rushed but I'm mostly satisfied. There are a few loose ends and whatnot,…
From what I've seen, the show was supposed to be 14 eps, but there were financial problems, they had to make it 12 eps and even though more scenes were shot, they didn't make it on the screen and the team had to piece together stuff as they went, that's why especially 11 ep seems kinda rushed. If that's the case, I honestly give it to them
since this drama mostly did a great job fleshing out the characters and presenting a realistic romance, i choose…
I think the way it was acted out did give weird vibes, but there's nothing the show is trying to hint at in my opinion. What makes it feel off I think is how close in age the actors are, so you can't help but see something different. Sani was at the beach, since she promised Wat she'll watch his movie once it's finished, took me few moments to figure out the reason too haha
In regards of what I see being said a lot about the sudden difference in pt 3 and 4 of 11 ep, I say it actually completely makes sense to me somehow? First off, let's remember these are all still kids, teenagers, and handling so many big emotions as adults is not something their brains are still ready to do (despite which they've been mature in their own way in different situations). After so many shocking events, playing in the pool and discussing a film seems completely reasonable, even I would do that, because what else could I do? Spiral down a dark hole, that's what. These teens are traumatized already, for their brains to try and think about anything but, is completely normal. Also, all the truths are now out, there's no mystery and hiding. Akk causes the curse (what he did is still unacceptable), Chadok is a broken man (still doesn't excuse him manipulating students), Thua has had enough (still not okay to out ppl). Once everything you try to handle explodes in front of everyone, what else is there left? Nothing. I bet that nothing feels so damn relieving, there's NOTHING any of them has to hide anymore. They talked about it, and again, even tho they are teenagers, they can be mature. Were they angry? Yes. Did Kan want to fistfight with everyone? Also yes, lol. But Akk is still their friend who they know has a warm heart and no bad intentions and Thua is someone oppressed and made to keep quiet for so long, that when he finally speaks out, there's no filter and he is willing to take the consequences. I don't want to write an essay that's just annoying to read, so imma stop here until someone open for discussion joins in haha. All I want to say is just that we as humans switch between emotions to cope all the time, so especially for teenagers to do that shouldn't be a surprise
I had seen a tiktok about Thua possibly not being who we all thought he was so when that plot twist happened I…
The eclipse could be present in the next ep, but for a while now, to me "eclipse" has been an allegory of Akk (the sun) and Ayan (the moon) coming together, they create the eclipse
I cannot move on, my brain is frozen and I feel empty, but also warm, they broke me
