i honestly hate dropping things & i'll, in 99% of cases, force something down if i started it. even if i dislike a drama i will watch it at 2x speed just so i can fully say that i gave it a solid chance.

with blossom though, i just really cannot continue this without being miserable. i have about 6 episodes left of the show & i actively dread every minute of it that i see. i've also halted this watch for like a month or something simply because i grew bored of it & found better titles. i played it again earlier this week to just wrap it up so i can log it and be done, but i just cannot enjoy it. it's boring, it's bland, there's no chemistry, there's too many side plots that i don't care about, and which essentially don't serve any purpose for the show's flow in general.

the chemistry was fine during its build up, but it's completely gone in the later half of the series and i just cannot feel it to save my life. they just feel exactly like the way they describe it, a war advisor & a general discussing the matters of their country under the premise of being married & living under the same roof. it's just wacky.
