So far my favorite character is Li Shimin (Second uncle).

It's available on Weibo and of course in Chinese only currently. It's a short and sweet essay.

I don't know if they will follow the book, because the show is intent to be a comedy, at least for season 1. The book has 11 episode, season 1 covers the first 3 episodes. The first part in Jiang Ning is just a starter (JiangNing becomes ruins later and most people involved in the cloth store arc play a much smaller role after episode 5, including Su Tan Er, probably only except Hongti and Li Pin.). The bandit arc is an important part of the book and transformed it to what it is today.

This is not the end. Not even the beginning of the end. But the end of the beginning of a tragedy. (To be clear, it's not a tragedy for the main characters, but the rest of the world. Mostly like the bandit arc vibe.)

There really isn't that much romantic in this book especially the later part. You don't see the female characters often. Sometime you don't even see the main character in the recent chapters...

Fun fact: the book written by Guard Geng has been published by the producer of the show.

After the fake marriage and separation, they've met several times and come through many things, but more often they are separated. Still, gradually the fake marriage become a real one, because Yi simply cannot forget Xigua ever after meeting her.

The English name is lame. Well, I know English is lame anyway.

12 episodes in and I love this drama. It starts a bit slow but a lot of the plot is based on real facts.

I like the ending.

When this drama just started, it got a rating around 8.5. After it completed the rating raised to 9.0.

So far, this is my favorite drama of 2017.

Novoland: the castle in the sky

go to wuxiuworld, there must be a lot folks can give u tons recommendation. I heard great things about BTTH, but I'm not quite into this kind of novel, so I've never read it. Beaware wuxiaworld is a little male-oriented, if u prefer more female-oriented site (unrealistic romance, Polyandry or BL), i have little knowledge about it (in english).

It's a good ending. Much better than history.
