Thai vs Chinese
I saw the Thai version Hua Jai Sila first and I felt that had a better storyline and was tied together so much better than this version. The only reason I watched this version was cause of the actors. I liked them in other shows and wanted to see how they would take this show. Overall they did a good job.
This version just felt like it was very low budget with little effort. It definitely could have been way better. It felt extremely rushed, but it did get the whole story within 24 episodes. Definitely recommend Hua Jai Sila over this.

Short Drama, Not at all Expecting
I started watching this drama cause of the actors. MAN, I was hooked from the bat. So much going on but done so well, this is one of the better short dramas I have watched. I felt the acting was spot on & I could actually see this show as a parallel to werewolf romance stories, where they have mates, etc.Loved how much intensity that the ML put into his part, he really sold it. I believe this is one of the few dramas of his I have watched & let me tell you, he definitely has a new fan. The FL did as much work as the ML, I felt like her character was more grounding for him & his anchor to reality. Supporting cast was amazing as well.
I was a little confused at the beginning of one of the episodes because somehow it started on earth & then all of a sudden went back to the story. That got cleared up in the last episode because she was asking for help from different planets that held life & hopefully could send them the "cure".
Also confused why certain Red were bonded with animals. I felt that it could have gone in more depth or they could have explained that better.
I definitely can't tell you how much this is on my rewatch list, but it definitely has made it. I never say anything is perfect because there is always something trying to overachieve perfection. This show was definitely close in my opinion, hence the rating.

Not a Traditional Love that transcends two worlds
First of all with this coming out right after Pursuit of Jade, definitely will probably have a run for its money.Dilraba & Arthur Chen amazing acting, as always. Even the supporting cast was amazing, there were some supporting cast members that I could tell were newer to the screen (probably had smaller rolls in other shows) & senior actors/actresses I was not expecting at all in a show like this. They all did an amazing job portraying the parts they were meant to portray. Always support the cast & crew because they put so much work into creating something amazing for the public to view & enjoy.
OST was amazing, it hit & influenced where it was supposed to for the viewers. So moving in fact that some of the music I can't stop listening to, it is so amazing.
Loved the fact that He Simu at first wants to take a sword from Duan Xu but then ends up finding out that he is her spell bearer. They both end up falling for each other & eventually getting their wishes granted. I like the fact that the director & crew have provided some special scenes to continue on the story to completion for the people who feel like it wasn't a good ending.
This is one show I would recommend, not a traditional love story like people would expect but it does give a different view & how all things fantasy or real world love in their own unique way. I have had this on my "wishlist" to watch since I saw the first teaser or even before that, so happy it was done so beautifully.
