I just read one of the comments. That said that in the past scenes she was pregnant, and her husband is joong gil. And she attempted suicide which was the reason for her going to hell. And joo woong is their son who recarinated, and they will have a reunion.

Yeah, and he is one of the main cast. He deserves more screen time. But, the shows plot mainly focuses on sucide cases and their rescue. If we see the other main characters screetime is less too, cause we get the stories of those attempting sucide. But compared to those three, LSH gets less screen time:((
