I feel so bad for DFQC; finally got his feelings back and now everybody wants to have these nuanced feelings. The poor man is so confused. But I definitely do not see him getting a perfect happy ending. I don't know how they're going to spin it when they have him as the big bad.
Not the heaviest or most thought-provoking drama in any way but I am enjoying it. Gong Jun definitely is doing great with what he was given. Not really warming up to the FL just yet. She feels a bit flat and I wish she would have been given a goal of some sort to work towards besides just wanting to help people and being the love interest. Unfortunately, I can't help but keep comparing her to Xia Chu in MDG and Yan Lan does not stand. Hopefully she grows as a character.
The only thing I disliked was how they had Vincenzo show up to save them at the end. Really would have liked seeing the tenants figure something out for themselves.
