What was the context? The fans already have issues about how they are promoting WZM and his work. There are concerns about how publicity funds are being used by studio?. It seems the fans were dissatisfied with the recent livestream on weibo. He was not given enough time to interact with the fans and answer their questions. There was a lot of laughing/noises with the people around him (presumably studio) who were also interacting with him and made him play some silly games. It was also felt that the preview was confusing, beginning was chaotic and ending was abrupt (basically they ended it while he was still talking ๐)

Totally agree! It started off well. He could have given so much more to his character if it was better written. Poor Miles! I lost interest in the show now..

I wouldn't worry about him taking second lead roles!! He cannot be overshadowed even if he plays a support role. In FP, his role is more complex and challenging than the male lead. I feel he has visualised and interpreted Liu Chang even better than the script writer and has given us a 3 dimensional character. Definitely a fine performance worth appreciating. I look forward to how his character develops as we go.
