Is Ye Sul retarded?

Is it the most overrated kdrama of all time? Slow, boring, predictable. I found out who was the killer pretty early, I mean, for people who watch crime dramas it was pretty obvious. The whole drama is such a let down, it started very slow, picked up some pace in the middle and got very draggy in last 4 episodes. Watch only if you need sleeping pills.

This is a cringe fest on the level of WWWSK, maybe slightly more watchable.
