I just started watching, currently at ep 3 and I have to say this. The synopsis is misleading. Their wealth has nothing to do with the plot so far. It's more of a background / personality trait. Rich characters are dominant is 90% of cdramas so idk why the writers or whoever decided to highlight this in the synopsis.
The male lead is actually a poor orphan man. He got into a big data company with two other person who came from privileged background.
The story is entertaining and engaging so far. The production quality is great. Lulu Xu is amazing and beautiful as always. Watch it if you're contemplating this!
Couldn’t agree more. The doctor was entirely unethical and immoral. He was flat out hampering treatment and…
Nope, no consequence at all for his action. Before the series end, he helps the ML once again under the premise "I'm a doctor, I will finish what I started blablabla" as if he wasn't a manipulative person in the beginning. Hence what I said about the inconsistent plot. But this is so normal in cdramas so /shrugs/
Can anyone let me know what their body swapping situation is like? Did they stay in the switched body for a long time? If so, at which episode they went back to normal?
This drama is very out of date. Even though rich ceo poor girl trope will never get old in cdrama land, most dramas have improved their writing to fit the current time. This show though, the FL is unbelievably dumb, the ML is a ceo with step sibling issue and power struggle. YAWN.
I had zero expectation after reading the comments here but watched it anyway just because its on youtube. It's surprisingly very good. One of the most well written cdramas I ever watched. It's not your usual fluffy love idol drama. It's more of a thrilling and mysterious story.
While watching ep 1-10, i really thought this is the best cdrama ive ever watched. The production quality is top notched. Very promising story direction. But then in the middle of ep 11-20, ive started to watch on faster speed and skipped some scenes. It became typical cringey cdramas. So many plotholes! Taking a break et ep21 for now. I'll pick it back up later because im excited to see the plot twist everyone's talking about but yeah im tired of it for now.
Dropped at ep 24. After they got together the sweet scenes were unbearably cringy and some cliche plots started to show up. Usually I would just power through it but there are many other dramas to watch now so I'm not gonna waste my time on this anymore.
Dropped at ep 19 because I wasted my time enough, and I know the couple I'm rooting for won't end up together. This is the first cdrama that give me serious 2nd male lead syndrome. He's better looking, and has more connection with the girl than the first male lead. I feel like the writer put more thought in writing the 2nd male lead character, while the 1st male lead just.. exist.
This drama has the same vibe with Put Your Head On My Shoulder and Love 020. If you love those two, you'll love this. The ML character is quite immature though especially during courting process.
Btw, do anyone else feels like they tried to give the ML a nam joo hyuk vibe? The demeanor, his face, styling, hair, remind me so much of nam joo hyuk.
I enjoyed the beginning. Its a cliche but heart fluttering show. But I'm at ep 26 and considering dropping it. They're creating unnecessary stressful conflict out of nowhere. Can anyone let me know if it's worth continuing or should I just put this on my 'dropped drama' list

Pro: Cute. Lots of kisses. They started liking each other pretty early on. There's no evil 3rd party. Pretty easy watch with only one major conflict.
