I HATE this timeskip. Why did they have to ruin what was working so well??Everything is a let down ,i dislike Lil jane zero growth i used to defend him but urgh im so annoyed ,take me back to when this series used to be scary and psychological .like when Big Jane was actually a psychopath—scary, unpredictable, and mysterious. could’ve easily been one of the best BLs if they had just followed the novel Payback followed the novel, so why couldn’t they do the same here?

And i doubt James was infected by the Nour if so then that men who saw his wife die would have been infected with abilities too

This is just a theory, but I was watching the teasers and noticed there are still two characters we haven’t properly been introduced to yet maybe they are Nours too and i think Nours have diff special abilities. What if James is the Nour who could potentially kill Ken, i say this because Ken teaches James on how to kill a Nour and will ken.

I need something more mature and built around genuinely different themes because they seriously need to stop recycling the same BS 😭. Tbh I’m not even that excited for Your Maniac because the plot doesn’t really intrigue me, but I’ll still watch it because I’m a big WilliamEst fan and I do like the concept. They have the budget and resources to actually experiment, so I need them to give us something NEW. And honestly, sometimes I wish their series had a storyline that didn’t revolve so heavily around the fact that it’s a BL. Like, give me an actual compelling story with its own themes, conflicts and world-building, and let the romance exist within that story.
