I have been disappointed by Thai bls way too many times to count,so please be good.
Omgosh REAL šš like Iāll sit there watching episode after episode, fully invested, only for the writers to absolutely disappoint me in the last few episodes Iām really hoping this one stays promising and doesnāt randomly fall off because Iām already LOVING the first few episodes
I hope we get to see more of Tee and Heng series because theyāre genuinely such great actors ,great visuals with amazing chemistry. They know exactly how to convey and evoke emotions, even through their body language. Although Iāve criticised the series after episode 8, that doesnāt take away from the fact that they did such an incredible job from episodes ,plus its the directors fault not them . I really hope we get to see more of them in the future
People who find LJ annoying are honestly being reasonable because the show presented his character poorly, especially after the breakup. They didnāt actually change any aspect of his character whatsoever. Theyāre just recycling the same personality he had when he was in that toxic relationship, which makes no sense to me. Honestly, they shouldāve just followed the novel because from episode 8 onwards, they completely ruined the vibe of the series for me. Everything feels so repetitive now. Like, I get his reasons and everything, but ugh, itās still the same concept being dragged out again and again.
Does anyone have any other bl recommendations with characters that don't act like children and a more mature storyline?…
you would definetly love pitbabe, edge of horizon, jack and joker and khemjira ,thamepo and wicked games ticket to heaven Top form they are so well written having amzing NCs ,drama and plot.
About the first part: Me too. They're still too similar to who they were 5 years ago, and I wanted them to grow…
nah i also wanted him to be less passive ,like were is the flirting and the seducing he did in the novel. i also wanted him to be funny not too be depressive cus he knew at the end the day he gonna win his man back. but tbh im dropping this series this ep was bs ruined my apetite to finish this show
. Watching the first part of this series was genuinely so exciting because it felt new and fresh, especially coming from a BL. It was such a psychological, complicated, and fun concept to watch, and I honestly enjoyed almost everything about the first half. But I feel like they really ruined the second part š Episode 7 was so good, and then episode 8 completely lost the momentum for me.
I expected way more proper development of their relationship, more maturity, and actual character development from both of them. Their dynamic is supposed to change as they grow, and for that to feel believable, their personalities need to change too, especially LJās towards BJs. I wanted to see more confidence from him, more boldness, and him actually making moves instead of feeling like the exact same character. I wanted the chemistry, tension, flirting, and yearning from the novel not that NCs scene cus me it felt forced it was not meant to happen for that particular scene .
No hate because I genuinely do love this show, but like urgh š I expected way more personality and character development to show that theyāve actually matured and changed , especially since the novel emphasizes it so much. But theyāre still acting pretty much the same, and the concept somehow feels like the same thing all over again. I also wanted to see more of LJās confidence and him actually making bold moves on BJ . Personally, I donāt really care about the whole NCs thingāI wanted more tension, chemistry, yearning, and desperation between them. It feels kinda too centred around James sometimes, but whatever š Iām still enjoying the show.like can we go back to the concept of ep7
if we do im claiming this to be the best bl series to ever be produced after revenged love
I know it was just a joke If it was all about NCs to me instead of the actual storyline, Iād be gushing over KNOT right now and shitting on this show, which I literally havenāt done in any of my comments other than me anyalsing whats going on .
Honestly, I love how my view of Big Jane and the way the narrative initially presented him changed though each episode. I deadass thought he was this big, scary, manipulative psycho who was obsessed with LJ. The way he moved had me thinking he was one of those horror movie characters . I even thought I was being gaslit and manipulated every time he'd reassure LJ, I genuinely thought he was crazy. But as the story unfolded, he was deeply misunderstood and painted as the villain ,and deeply loved LJ
