So...am I the only one that decided to watch this because of the manga and not because of some random actor that…
It's been almost 2 years since I read it, but from what I remember, it was okay but I didn't like the ending or something and the art seemed a little iffy at some points so I only scored it a 7 (which is based pretty much solely on enjoyability). It's only 8 chapters so it's a fast read though.
So... we aren't following source material... at all... for anything aside from names... and the Death Note... I can't figure out how anyone can like this unless they haven't read the manga or books or watched the anime or movies... At this point it's obvious L is going to win because Light is so stupid and pathetic, every move he makes makes it obvious to nearly everyone that he's Kira. Who knows though? Maybe this Misa will be smart and help him avoid getting caught for a while...
and please tell me they didn't make that creepy doll Mello...
I really can't understand why people claim to like this so much...
Why was Light a Misa obsessed crybaby? Why did L sit funny, eat funny and hold things funny?
I feel like this is going to turn into something no one that's actually a fan of Death Note is going to even want to remember....
I've only watched 3 episodes of it, but I'm not sure how I feel about it yet. On the one hand, there's Gackt. On the other, I really don't think his character should be trusted at all...
I'm curious, were there no other actresses that could have been Xiaofei? Like... maybe one that spoke the language for example? This is worse than watching an entire movie that's completely dubbed....
Please tell me she didn't go back to her husband... What he said about not deserving her at the end was right on the mark. fat or thin, she's far too good for him. I wanted her to get with that other guy...
and please tell me they didn't make that creepy doll Mello...
