I hoped for more melo, not comedy... Well,.it would be almost miracle for Netflix to take drama, that is not romcom/comedy...
It's about a wayward father returning to his family after being absent for 12 years, and his daughter despises him. It's definitely going to get melo.

The reason why I love this drama is because it is one of the rare instances where you see a stepmom and stepdaughter form a strong bond. Other than this show, the only other shows that incorporate stepparents are Be My Dream Family, Five Enough, and Hi Bye Mama. This theme is really rare, and I hope to see more of it in the future. A stepmom who actually cares for her new stepchild.

Excellent point. I want the family to heal in the coming episodes. The mother's behavior is unacceptable. She nags her son, orders her husband, disrespects her daughter, and questions the legitimacy of her granddaughter. The family is currently a mess.

While your feelings are valid, I see things differently. Ina has a special bond with Dahae because Dahae is the only person who has ever paid attention to Ina. Every person in Ina's family has ignored and neglected Ina. I can totally understand why Ina is more open with Dahae. Even her own Dad has ignored her all of this time.
